Born and raised in the PNW, I love it here! I have lived in the East Side Olympia Neighborhood for the last 7 years with my wife and now three kids. We enjoy gardening, playing at the park, woodworking and taking care of our chickens and bees. I love finding creative solutions to help get people into houses. We house-hacked (rented out our basement on AirBnb) for years to more than cover our mortgage. Our most recent venture was converting a 1992 school bus into a tiny home on wheels.
