She taught the participants the basics of home insurance. “It’s a wonderful program that I strongly believe in and support. Some of the people are really down and out and have all but given up the hope of homeownership. They not only build their homes, but they also build self-esteem and confidence. It’s amazing to watch.” With Janell’s background in Insurance and her knowledge of Real Estate, she has a unique advantage in the industry. “What you don’t know CAN hurt you when it comes to purchasing your own home.” She believes it’s important to be an educated consumer.
