After being a life-long renter, I was finally ready to take the plunge but there were several challenges – the pandemic, a ridiculously hot real estate market, a limited budget but specific needs, a wide area in which we were looking (from Olympia out west to Aberdeen … and south to Centralia, Chehalis and beyond), and doing so from way over in Wenatchee.
